Sales & Client Coordinator


Promozation is looking to add a Sales & Client Coordinator to our team! The ideal candidate should be highly self motivated, detail-oriented, friendly, personable, a strong sense of urgency, quick learner and great at multi-tasking.


We are a woman owned and operated promotional products firm founded in 2012 and based in Greenville, SC. This is such a fun industry, and we are very passionate about creating the trendiest and most creative promos!


Job Responsibilities:

  • Checking on the current open orders daily for the following:
  • Scheduled to ship on time
  • Email tracking information to clients
  • Review, compare, and approve virtual proofs with a sharp eye and attention to detail
  • Handle order issues with the factory in a professional & persistent manner.


  • Assisting your Account Executive with the following:
  • Quoting
  • Writing up orders
  • Setting up virtual proofs with our in house graphic designers
  • Create custom idea presentations
  • Search for products
  • Calling vendors to get additional information or questions answered
  • Obtaining shipping estimates
  • Calling shipping providers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, LTL companies, couriers) to handle any delays/lost packages/delivery issues
  • Placing sample requests

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Reliable and consistent
  • Proficient with social media platforms, but not required
  • Sense of urgency & works well under pressure when there are firm deadlines and timelines
  • Great math skills
  • Persistent in following up to achieve the desired end result

  • Self motivated & takes initiative
  • Bachelor's degree required


Schedule:

  • 9-6 pm EST. Schedule is flexible as long as you are consistent.
  • Mandatory monitoring of email & voicemail throughout the day to handle any time sensitive requests.
