Sales & Client Coordinator
Promozation is looking to add a Sales & Client Coordinator to our team! The ideal candidate should be highly self motivated, detail-oriented, friendly, personable, a strong sense of urgency, quick learner and great at multi-tasking.
We are a woman owned and operated promotional products firm founded in 2012 and based in Greenville, SC. This is such a fun industry, and we are very passionate about creating the trendiest and most creative promos!
Job Responsibilities:
- Checking on the current open orders daily for the following:
- Scheduled to ship on time
- Email tracking information to clients
- Review, compare, and approve virtual proofs with a sharp eye and attention to detail
- Handle order issues with the factory in a professional & persistent manner.
- Assisting your Account Executive with the following:
- Quoting
- Writing up orders
- Setting up virtual proofs with our in house graphic designers
- Create custom idea presentations
- Search for products
- Calling vendors to get additional information or questions answered
- Obtaining shipping estimates
- Calling shipping providers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, LTL companies, couriers) to handle any delays/lost packages/delivery issues
- Placing sample requests
Requirements/Skills:
- Customer service oriented, friendly and personable
- Solution finder who approaches every challenge with a "Yes!"
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer savvy
- Resourceful
- Quick learner
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Highly detail oriented
- Reliable and consistent
- Proficient with social media platforms, but not required
- Sense of urgency & works well under pressure when there are firm deadlines and timelines
- Great math skills
- Persistent in following up to achieve the desired end result

- Bachelor's degree required
Schedule:
- 9-6 pm EST. Schedule is flexible as long as you are consistent.
- Mandatory monitoring of email & voicemail throughout the day to handle any time sensitive requests.
