We’re redefining remote cardiac monitoring and we’re looking for an elite field sales executive to help us grow.
Our technology delivers faster, more accurate diagnoses, streamlines clinic workflows, and meaningfully increases revenue for the cardiology practices and health systems we serve. 🎯 THE ROLE
You’ll own a geographic territory, targeting cardiologists, electrophysiologists (EPs), hospitals, IDNs, and private practices. This is a true hunter role — full sales cycle ownership from prospecting through close and onboarding.
📋 WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Proactively identify and close new business with EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare administrators
- Develop and execute a territory growth plan focused on market penetration and long-term customer value
- Deliver high-impact, data-driven presentations communicating both clinical and economic value
- Build relationships with KOLs, physician champions, and executive stakeholders
- Navigate complex healthcare environments to drive strategic account conversions
- Manage pipeline and forecasting in CRM; collaborate with internal Account Managers for seamless handoffs
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends; provide actionable intelligence to leadership
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7 years in sales; minimum 3 years in medical device, cardiac remote monitoring, or healthcare technology
- Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and/or IDN sales strongly preferred
- Proven record of capturing market share, displacing incumbents, and launching new territories
- Strong command of value-based selling in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Exceptional communicator with sharp negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset — adaptable, resilient, and driven by results
- CRM proficiency preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to travel ~4.5 days/week in the field
