Position Overview

Promoveo Health is building a field sales team to represent an innovative product within dermatology and aesthetic practices.

The Field Sales Representative will manage an assigned territory, educate healthcare professionals, and drive product recommendation and utilization through in-person presentations and account engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic providers, and office staff
• Educate practices on product features, clinical benefits, and appropriate use
• Deliver compliant product presentations and lunch-and-learns
• Execute territory coverage and account call plans
• Meet established activity and performance expectations
• Manage daily routing and scheduling
• Document calls and follow-up activities in the Promoveo CRM
• Follow all promotional and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Field sales experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, aesthetics, or a related healthcare market
• Proven ability to drive product adoption within an assigned territory
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience calling on dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical aesthetic practices
• Existing relationships with dermatologists or aesthetic providers
• Experience with hair, skin, beauty, or aesthetic products
• Bachelor’s degree

Compensation and Benefits

• $4,000 monthly base compensation
