Experienced Diesel (Light Duty) Technician | $55-$60/Flag Hour

If you're an experienced technician looking to work on light to medium diesel pickups in a professional, high-performing shop, this is your opportunity. Whether you're already a diesel expert or a strong automotive technician ready to transition into diesel, we're looking for someone who takes pride in quality repairs and wants to be rewarded for their skills.
Compensation
- $55-$60 per flagged hour
- Pay based on experience and skill level
- Earn up to $120,000 annually
- 40-hour guarantee available for up to four weeks if requested
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair light to medium duty diesel pickup trucks
- Perform advanced engine, fuel system, turbocharger, cooling system, suspension, brake, and electrical repairs
- Pull truck cabs
- Remove and replace engines
- Remove and replace transmissions
- Perform advanced diagnostics and drivability troubleshooting
- Complete digital vehicle inspections and document repairs accurately
- Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality workmanship
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of professional automotive technician experience
- Diesel experience preferred
- Strong automotive technicians looking to transition into diesel are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Own professional tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Team-oriented with a commitment to quality
