Requirements:
- 6 years automotive management experience
- 3 years service advisor experience
- Solid understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Business operations experience
- Proficiency in shop management software and other relevant tools
- Manage time efficiently
- Inventory control
- Possess strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Understands work flow
- Must understand flat rate pay
