Location: Joplin, MO
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Compensation: 100% Commission
Earning Potential: $55,000 – $100,000 (based on productivity)
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in sales, customer service, and shop operations.
Requirements
- 2 years of Service Advisor experience (independent shop preferred)
- Strong sales and closing skills with a proven high ARO (Average Repair Order)
- Experience writing estimates and selling services
- Ability to review estimates and order parts
- Familiar with cores and defects
- Experience setting appointments and managing workflow
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, ethical, and team-oriented mindset
- Strong math skills for accurate pricing and estimating
- Reliable transportation
- Open to ongoing training and growth
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
- Write service estimates and work orders
