Now, they’re looking for an Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join the crew and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and possibly grow into a full blown Service Advisor!
What You’ll Do
- Jump in to help with ordering parts and keeping things organized (yes, even taking care of the trash and cars when needed).
- Write up estimates and keep customers in the loop. Grow into an Advisor role over time (because there’s plenty of room to learn and move up).
- Be the go-to support person who helps the shop stay efficient, friendly, and fun.

- Someone with parts experience (think parts store or similar) is a big plus.
- A proactive multitasker who doesn’t mind wearing different hats throughout the day.
- A team player who values honesty, communication, and doing things right the first time.
