Position Overview

We're hiring A-Level and B-Level Technicians who take pride in their work and want to be part of a high-performing, ethical shop.

We also invest in the right people—strong C-Level technicians with the right mindset can grow quickly through our apprenticeship program.

Compensation

• $30–$50/hour flat rate
• OTE: $100K–$125K
• Pay based on experience with room to grow based on performance

What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
• Accurately identify issues and recommend solutions
• Work efficiently in a high-production environment
• Collaborate with a strong, supportive team

What We're Looking For

• A-Level Techs: Advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, power, alignments)
• B-Level Techs: Strong repair skills with some diagnostic ability
• ADAS experience is a plus (willingness to learn is key)
• ASE certifications preferred (we pay for testing)
• Strong work ethic and integrity

Training & Growth

• Monthly training programs
• Clear path to Master Technician level
• ASE certifications paid $0.50/hour raise per certification
