Location: Wilton, CT
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (No Weekends)
Pay: Competitive Base flag rate Bonus starting at 35 hours
Earning Potential: $100K Annually
Introduction
We are seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our team in Wilton, CT. Earn $100K with a competitive base plus production bonus while working a Monday-Friday schedule in a modern shop with a strong team culture and opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs.
- Service European, Asian, and Domestic vehicles.
- Maintain quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians.
- Mentor junior technicians and support a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of automotive repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic skills across Euro, Asian, and Domestic vehicles.
- ASE Certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Team-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
