We're looking for a highly skilled A-Level Automotive Technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and complete jobs from start to finish while consistently producing quality work.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose drivability concerns
• Diagnose electrical systems
• Diagnose mechanical failures
• Perform advanced repairs from diagnosis through completion
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
• Maintain productivity while producing quality repairs
• Work closely with service advisors
• Mentor less experienced technicians when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Participate in company-paid technical training

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of professional automotive repair experience
• 3 years of advanced diagnostic experience
• Proven diagnostic abilities
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to consistently flag 40-50 hours weekly
• Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience
• Experience completing repairs independently
• European vehicle experience is a plus
• Combination dealership and independent experience preferred
• Professional attitude

Compensation

Flat Rate

Expected Annual Earnings:

$90,000-$110,000
