Our Nightlife Organization seeks candidates for Event Promotions at our top-tier upscale nightclubs and lounges. Part-time or full-time availability.
Club Promoter Responsibilities:
- Creating an enjoyable atmosphere where people can feel safe and have fun.
- Establishing a positive reputation for the nightclub.
- Organizing and promoting regular entertainment events to attract a loyal customer base.
- Marketing and/or booking performance artists, such as DJs and musicians.
- Organizing and distributing online publicity materials.
- Ensuring events run smoothly on the night.
- Organizing and providing VIP lists.
- Liaising with security and bar staff.
- Organizing special promotions and maintaining a budget.
Club Promoter Requirements:
- Experience in organizing events, attracting crowds and/or a willingness to socialize
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or administration may be advantageous.
- An outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in various methods of marketing and promotion is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and socializing skills.
- Good business skills.
- Excellent multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
