Destination Services Consultant (DSC) — Port Washinton WI/ Milwaukee - About the Role
Promotion Relocation Alliance is actively recruiting experienced Destination Services Consultants in the Milwaukee WI market to support international corporate relocations. This is a 1099 contract position compensated per service at half day or full day rates — flexible, meaningful work helping relocating employees and their families land well in a new city.
Our DSCs are the face of the relocation experience. You'll conduct area tours, rental home-finding appointments, and provide comprehensive settling-in support for international assignees —
Services You'll Provide
- Rental home-finding tours with full area orientation
- Local market and neighborhood orientation
- School visits and education guidance for families
- Banking setup and DMV assistance
- Childcare resources and referrals
- Full settling-in support throughout the transition
What We're Looking For
Experienced destination services or relocation professional with in-depth knowledge of the Milwaukee area housing market, but right now we have a need for someone that can service Port Washington as a focus. A real estate license is preferred but not absolutely required. Candidates with backgrounds in real estate, corporate relocation, global. mobility, hospitality, international business, immigration, law, social work, property management, education, or other client-facing professional fields are encouraged to apply.
- #1, must have in-depth knowledge of the rental market, particularly we need consultants in and close surrounding areas of: Milwaukee (Port Washington WI area as a focus now)
- Prior relocation, consulting, or compatible professional experience preferred
- Familiarity with all types of rental housing — private listings, apartments, corporate housing
- Proficiency with Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Apartments.com, and local MLS
- Strong communication skills — ability to mirror client preferences including WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, and email
- Professional presentation; four-door vehicle and proof of insurance required
- Additional languages a significant advantage
- Prior international relocation experience given high priority
What to Expect

Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with experience and market knowledge.
Per service — half day and full day rates . 1099 independent contractor position.

This is an as-needed, on-call contract position. Files are assigned based on corporate client volume which fluctuates and cannot be guaranteed. There is no minimum hours commitment and no guarantee of consistent work, some months could be busier, others very quiet. This role is ideal for a professional seeking flexible supplemental income alongside an existing career or business. Please specify what counties and areas of Atlanta you service when applying. As mentioned we need consultant that can work on a program now in Port Washington, WI but we are open to working and adding consultants with this aptitude and relocation experience in greater Milwaukee
Vehicle requirements: A reliable, clean, well-maintained four-door vehicle is required for all tours. Proof of current auto insurance may be requested prior to your first assignment.
