Flexible Scheduling Designed for YouWe recognize that many exceptional PTs balance professional growth with family responsibilities or other priorities. Our flexible structure supports real life while maintaining strong patient access and continuity of care.

• Consistent weekly schedule
• Minimum commitment: 2 days / 8 hours per week
• Maximum hours: Up to 29 hours per week

What You’ll DoClinical Leadership & Patient Care

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care (POC)
• Deliver and supervise skilled, evidence-informed interventions
• Foster strong therapeutic alliances to promote adherence and engagement
• Educate patients on diagnosis, recovery expectations, and long-term self-management
• Drive meaningful functional improvement and successful plan-of-care completion

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina or compact state (or upcoming graduate)
• Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills
• Ability to remain active — standing, walking, and assisting patients throughout the day
  
  
  

Performance ExpectationsWe set clear goals and support you in reaching them. Once onboarded, you’ll work toward:

• Quality care defined as Net Promoter Score (NPS) 90 or above
• Accessible care defined as visits per Hour: 1.333 or above (typically 5-6 patients in a 4-hour day)
• Accurate, timely, and defensible EMR documentation
