- Consistent weekly schedule
- Minimum commitment: 2 days / 8 hours per week
- Maximum hours: Up to 29 hours per week
- Caregivers balancing family or household responsibilities
- Experienced PTs seeking sustained clinical impact with reduced hours
- PTs pursuing work-life balance while maintaining meaningful patient relationships
- Professionals blending outpatient practice with clinical, academic, or community pursuits
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care (POC)
- Deliver and supervise skilled, evidence-informed interventions
- Foster strong therapeutic alliances to promote adherence and engagement
- Educate patients on diagnosis, recovery expectations, and long-term self-management
- Drive meaningful functional improvement and successful plan-of-care completion
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical team members
- Explore niche development and specialization
- Build referral relationships through professionalism and clinical excellence
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, and growth-oriented culture

- You are motivated to grow clinically and professionally
- Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina or compact state (or upcoming graduate)
- Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills
- Ability to remain active — standing, walking, and assisting patients throughout the day
- Quality care defined as Net Promoter Score (NPS) 90 or above
- Accessible care defined as visits per Hour: 1.333 or above (typically 5-6 patients in a 4-hour day)
- Accurate, timely, and defensible EMR documentation
