Our Schedule
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:45pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
- Full-time hours you can count on — no slow weeks, no cut schedules
This Role Is a Great Fit If You Are:

- Deliver and progress therapeutic interventions per the PT's plan of care
- Build strong patient relationships to promote attendance and engagement
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
- Complete accurate, timely, and defensible EMR documentation
- Ensure notes support ethical and optimal billing within PTA scope
- Communicate changes in patient status promptly to the supervising PT
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical team members for smooth clinic flow
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented culture
- Mentor student PTAs and help shape the next generation of clinicians
- Attend 2 community events per year to connect ProMotion to the communities we serve
- Explore niche development in collaboration with supervising PTs and in alignment with company direction
- You believe in the transformative power of physical therapy
- You deliver exceptional patient experiences that drive loyalty and advocacy
- You communicate clearly, confidently, and compassionately
- You are organized and detail-oriented, even in a busy clinic
- You balance fun, creativity, and empathy with strong clinical reasoning
- You are motivated to grow clinically and professionally
- Licensed PTA in South Carolina or compact state (or upcoming graduate)
- Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills
- Ability to remain active — standing, walking, and assisting patients throughout the day

- Accessible care defined as 1.333 visits per hour or above (typically 12–13 patients in a 9-hour day)
