We're a promotional products and decorated apparel company with our own in-house screen printing and embroidery facility in Mahwah, NJ. We work with corporate teams, schools, first responders, and small businesses, helping them put their brand on everything from custom apparel to full online merchandise stores.
The Opportunity
We're looking for someone who can do two things well: take great care of customers and create content that brings a brand to life. This role is primarily customer-facing, with a meaningful content and social media component that supports our marketing team.
Most of your day will be spent working directly with clients: fielding calls, building quotes, following up on orders, and making sure every customer interaction reflects the kind of company we're building. The rest of your time will go toward creating social media content that shows the real side of the business, the production floor, the people, the work we do for our clients.
This is a small team with big plans. We move fast, we figure things out, and everyone here has a direct impact on where the company is headed. If you want to be part of building something rather than maintaining something, this is the role.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing inbound customer communication across phone, email, and walk-ins
- Building quotes and guiding customers through the ordering process
- Following up on open orders, samples, and customer requests
- Growing and maintaining customer accounts over time
- Taking initiative on outbound sales opportunities
- Creating engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including behind-the-scenes production, team features, and customer stories
- Collaborating with the Head of Marketing on content strategy and campaigns
- Learning and working within our systems: Printavo, HubSpot, Chipply, Inksoft
- Stepping in wherever needed as the business grows
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years in a customer-facing role: customer service, sales, account management, or similar
- Experience creating social media content for a brand or business
- Comfortable being on camera and being a visible part of the brand
- Strong communicator on the phone and in writing
- Resourceful and self-directed. You don't wait to be told what to do
- Quick to pick up new tools and technology
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude is a plus
- Promotional products or apparel industry experience is a plus but not required
- Must be available to work full-time, in-office in Mahwah, NJ
