Promofect is a fast-growing promotional products and decorated apparel company with our own in-house screen printing and embroidery facility. The Role
We're looking for a polished, personable, and motivated Customer Experience & Brand Representative to be the face of Promofect. This is a dynamic, in-office role where you'll interact with customers every day — by phone, in person, and online. You'll play a key role in making sure our customers feel taken care of from first contact through order completion, and you'll also help us show up well on social media.
This is not an entry-level role, but it's also not a corporate desk job. We want someone who's been around the block enough to handle real customer situations with confidence, but who still has energy, drive, and a genuine desire to grow with a company that's building something.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls and serve as the first point of contact for new and existing customers
- Greet and assist walk-in clients in a warm, professional, and knowledgeable manner
- Manage customer follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Support account management — building relationships, tracking orders, and keeping clients happy
- Assist with quoting, order entry, and basic project coordination alongside the sales team
- Help create and schedule engaging content across our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments, finished products, and shop floor content that showcases what we do
- Collaborate daily with production, art, and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Use and learn AI tools to work smarter, communicate faster, and help improve how we serve customers
Who You Are
- 3–7 years of experience in a customer-facing role — sales support, account management, customer service, or similar
- Confident and professional on the phone and in person — you have a natural ability to make people feel heard and taken care of
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through; you don't let things slip
- A genuine interest in branded merchandise, promotional products, decorated apparel, or anything in the creative/print space — prior industry experience is a real plus
- Social media savvy — you understand how to represent a brand online and can create content that connects
- Open to using AI tools in your day-to-day work (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) — we're a forward-thinking team and we embrace tools that make us better and faster
- Presentable and professional — you'll be the face customers see when they walk through our door
- A team player who thrives in a small business environment where you wear multiple hats and adapt quickly
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in the promotional products, decorated apparel, screen printing, or embroidery industry
- Familiarity with order management or CRM tools (we use HubSpot)
- Experience with social media content creation or basic graphic tools like Canva
- Any background in B2B sales or working with corporate accounts
