Promofect is a fast-growing branded merchandise company that provides custom apparel and promotional products to clients across the U.S. From major corporations to fire departments, EMS teams, and police departments, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable service and top-tier quality — with in-house production and rush capabilities.
We’re now looking for someone to fully own and grow our First Responder vertical — one of our most rewarding and high-potential segments.
About the Role
You’ll be the face of Promofect for fire, EMS, and law enforcement agencies — building relationships, managing repeat orders, and developing new opportunities with departments across the country.

You Will:
- Own and grow your book of first responder accounts
- Follow up on warm leads and past customers, reactivating and growing those relationships
- Prospect new departments through phone calls, social media, referrals, and trade shows
- Develop quotes, share mockups, and guide customers through the ordering process
- Learn and stay current on trends in department apparel and gear
- Build long-term trust with your accounts — becoming their go-to rep for merch
- Use tools like HubSpot, Printavo, and Apollo to stay organized and on top of outreach
You Are:
- Confident and comfortable building relationships — on the phone, by email, or in person
- Organized and good at following up — you don’t let things slip through the cracks
- Familiar with or excited to learn the culture and buying patterns of first responder departments
- Energized by hitting goals and making things happen
- Ideally 2–5 years into your sales career, with experience in account management or outbound sales
- Bonus if you have personal or professional connections to fire, EMS, or law enforcement
- Able to work in our Mahwah, NJ office full-time
