Full-time role. Pay is $60,000 – $75,000/yr based on experience. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, sick time, PTO, 401K, EAP, life insurance (optional), and short-term/long-term disability.

About The Position

The Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist will be responsible for administering SharePoint, resolving user support tickets, managing user accounts, overseeing IT equipment logistics, and providing both onsite and remote support. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team.

This position is eligible for a hybrid type work environment. Selected employee must spend a minimum of 1 day per week in the office.

Travel will be required to our Raleigh locations and our Cabarrus locations, in addition to our Charlotte locations. Additional location travel would be required as new locations are opened.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Provide administrative support and perform day-to-day management of SharePoint and OneDrive environments, including configuration, maintenance, and user support.
• Assist in maintaining site structure and documentation.
• Track, ship, receive, and inventory IT equipment and company assets.
• Provide remote support to end-users and escalate issues as needed.
• Travel to multiple company locations as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, inventory, and support activities.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end-users.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or managed service provider.
• Basic updates to WordPress website as needed.
• Coordinate and maintain professional relationship with MSP support staff.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor/Associates degree or certificate in IT, Computer Science, or related field required.
• Knowledge and experience working within a Microsoft 365 environment, specifically with SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other IT platforms. WordPress experience a plus.
• Ability to receive guidance, training, and mentoring to grow skills and knowledge.
• Demonstrates leadership by modeling PRN’s mission, values, philosophy, and guidance to team members.
• Ability to interact effectively with the public, providers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, and the ability to travel regularly to several work locations.
