We have an immediate need for a CNA In the Prior Lake Shakopee area

Client: Female|double amputee|Assist with ADLs|light housekeeping|cats/dogs|transportation

Shifts: Daily 8P-8A

Client: Male/Parkinson's/assist with ADLs

Shifts: Fri, Sat, Sun 8P-8A and 8A-8P every other weekend

$19 /hour

Job Description:

CNA's/HHA's provide service to individuals in their own homes and communities who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability, and/or other afflictions. 

Home care may include:

· hands-on care

· light housecleaning

· laundry

· meal preparation

· transportation

· companionship

· household activities.

CNA's/HHA's are responsible for ensuring that services are delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant agency policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and have proof of insurance.

Pass a state background check.

Pass a drug screening test.
