Prominent is assisting our client find a Sr. Project Manager on a contract to hire basis. This position will reside in Omaha, NE, Berkeley Heights, NJ, Frisco, TX or Alpharetta/Marietta, GA and is an ONSITE role. Sr. Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering complex and strategic client-driven projects within a global context. Your responsibilities will encompass managing and coordinating all project activities, from initiation to implementation. This includes project kick-off, requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, production implementation, post-implementation review, status reporting, budget tracking, and capturing lessons learned. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and coordinate cross-company teams, ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage complex client-driven projects, overseeing them from kick-off to go-live.
- Accountable for delivering medium to large projects on time and within budget, ensuring they meet the client’s requirements.
- Primary responsibility for client communication from a project delivery perspective.
- Efficiently plan and allocate resources across multiple teams.
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies, delivery processes, and implementation management practices.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, and issue/risk logs.
- Monitor and control performance across all project aspects.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven success in delivering medium-to-large complex client driven projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in a client facing Project Management position.
- Strong knowledge of the software development cycle
- Competence at chairing and facilitating project status review meetings with both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment across geographical boundaries.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps and MS Project.
Preferred skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Licenses & Certifications - Certified Project Manager
- FinTech business knowledge advantageous
