Job Overview
Promier Products Inc (home to the LitezAll and Kodiak lighting brands) is seeking a highly organized, proactive Sales Team Assistant to support our growing sales organization and eCommerce operations. This role is critical to keeping our sales engine running efficiently-working directly with account managers and sales reps to manage day-to-day operations, maintain customer account objectives, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not a traditional marketing role. The primary focus is supporting the sales team’s books of business, handling administrative and operational tasks, and helping drive execution across accounts. You will also assist with eCommerce growth initiatives and provide light marketing support where needed.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and takes ownership of tasks to help the entire team perform at a higher level.
Key Responsibilities
- Support account managers and sales reps with their day-to-day responsibilities and customer accounts; helping reps scale their overall business by constructively support task delegation sent from sales & marketing
- Complete and manage forms, spreadsheets, compliance documents, and retailer/vendor setup requirements
- Help coordinate/complete item setup, product data, and onboarding for new and existing accounts
- Monitor and respond to emails, helping keep communication organized and timely
- Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and internal/external meetings
- Maintain organization across sales documents, systems, and workflows
- Act as a “catch-all” support role to ensure nothing is missed across the sales process
- Provide support to the eCommerce team, helping execute tasks that drive online channel growth (Amazon, Faire, DTC, marketplaces, etc.)
- Assist with marketing-related tasks as needed (product launches, promotions, content coordination), but not as the primary function
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing teams
