Role Description
Promethean Builders have 2 full-time, on-site Senior Superintendent roles open based in Miami and West Palm Beach. The Senior Superintendent will oversee daily site operations, manage construction schedules, maintain safety and quality standards, and collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery. Responsibilities include supervising trades, ensuring compliance with contract documents, resolving on-site challenges promptly, and providing progress updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in construction management, including scheduling, workforce management, and on-site coordination
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes
- Proficiency in safety management protocols and compliance standards
- Leadership and communication skills to mentor teams, conduct meetings, and liaise with stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills for addressing and resolving on-site challenges effectively
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role managing high-profile projects
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (procore) and technology platforms is a plus
