Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and create customized treatment plans aligned with APTA ethics and standards
- Deliver evidence-based therapies; stay current with PT best practices
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans; maintain accurate clinical and regulatory documentation
- Work both in-network and out-of-network, collaborating with internal and external healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families; promote long-term wellness in the community
- Contribute to the growth of ProMet’s brand and reputation through excellence in service
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation: $90,000 – $105,000 (based on experience)

- DPT from a CAPTE-accredited (or equivalent) program
- Licensed to practice in New York
