Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional first point of contact
- Schedule appointments and manage daily clinic flow
- Verify insurance benefits, request authorizations, and collect co-pays
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with therapists, patients, and leadership
- Support front-desk and administrative operations
- Address patient questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and with empathy
- Take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion

- Strong customer service background with a patient-centered approach
- Comfort working with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic office software
