Key Responsibilities:
Delivering Purposeful Bodywork
- Provide high-quality therapeutic massage services tailored to individual needs and treatment plans, in a private setting.
- Support recovery, reduce pain, and enhance movement through evidence-informed techniques in the Orthopedic and Sports physical therapy population.
- Partner with physical therapists to reinforce treatment goals and optimize patient outcomes.
- Treat every patient with professionalism, compassion, and empathy.
- Ensure your treatment space is spotless, organized, and ready to support healing at every session.
- Integrate seamlessly with our DPTs, PT Techs, and PCCs to deliver a unified care experience.
- Share insights from your sessions that may inform physical therapy interventions.
- Be a reliable, respected contributor to our patient-centered care model.
- Maintain compliance with all HIPAA, state licensing, and ethical guidelines.
- Stay attuned to patient comfort and contraindications throughout every session.
- Educate patients on the benefits of massage as part of their recovery and wellness plan.
- Help clients understand the connections in their bodies.
- Inspire each patient to reclaim ownership of their health.
