Responsibilities
- Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, and installations in line with Sofi La Fleur’s luxury aesthetic
- Assist with event setup and on-site floral styling
- Maintain fresh flower inventory and shop organization
- Provide excellent customer service in-store and over the phone
- Support daily operations, including processing orders and preparing deliveries
- 2 years of floral design experience
- Strong knowledge of flowers, greenery, and design techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
- Flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays)
- $20–$25 per hour, plus tips (based on experience)
