What are the responsibilities and job description for the HHA/PCA position at Promenade at University Place?
Promenade is a family-owned assisted living facility looking for responsible HHA/ PCA care giver staff. We are looking to cover multiple shifts for the following responsibilities:
- Assists patient with personal care daily activities including bathing, oral hygiene, preparation and feeding of meals, dressing and undressing, ambulation, and other activities as needed
- Performs resident related duties as assigned in an accurate and timely manner
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Documenting assisted daily activity tasks in accordance with the resident plan of care
- Other duties as needed

Experience/ Qualifications:
Certificate as NYS HHA/ PCA
