Primary Care Physician Needed in New Jersey
Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) at an outpatient advanced primary care clinic. Offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or IM Meds/Peds Physician Needed
- Manage only 10-12 patients per day
- Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
- Focus on outcomes, NOT production
- Monday – Friday regular work hours
- No call
- Fewer administrative tasks – time to chart throughout the day
- Highly competitive base salary (mid–upper $200s, negotiable based on experience)
- Sign-on bonus
- Benefits include 5 weeks PTO, malpractice on day one, health/dental, paid vacation, CME, matching 401k, and retirement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 3 years)
- Procedure experience is a huge plus!
