Practice Opportunity - Regional Heart Failure Center
- 425 bed not for profit medical center
- Well established cardiac team of 12 cardiologists
- 3 Cardiac Surgeons, 5 General Cardiologists, interventional cardiology, structural heart cardiology, and electrophysiology
- Advanced Heart Failure APP support in hospital and clinic
- 22 patients per full day clinic, on average
- Established LVAD monitoring clinic
- Shared call ~ 1:8- sub specialists rotate with general cardiology team
- Epic EMR
