ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking either a traditional Family Medicine Physician or Family Medicine w/ OB Physician to join our team in Defiance, OH.
Offering up to a $75,000 sign on bonus
Primarily outpatient care with limited weekend nursey rounding & call
1:4 weekend nursery coverage
Cover call an average of 1 night per week – RN triage service takes call and forwards when appropriate
Practice consists of 4-5 Physicians and 6 APPs
Flexible scheduling options, featuring 8- or 10-hour shifts
Choice of 4 or 5 days per week

Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution in the applicable specialty.
Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
Board certified or board eligible in the relevant specialty.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
