Job Summary:
As a Dietary team member at Independence Manor Care Center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing high-quality food services. Your tasks will include food preparation, meal service, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area
Assist with menu planning and special dietary requests
Collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure residents' nutritional needs are met
Implement infection control measures to ensure a safe and healthy environment
Participate in inventory management and cost control
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in food service or healthcare a plus
