ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking and Advanced Practice Provider at Urgent Care (Central) in Toledo, Ohio.
Schedule- Three (12) hour shifts/week, 8a-8p
Holiday and every thired weekend rotation required
No Call required
Main location is Urgent Care (Central Ave, Toledo) but will float to other locations.
Join a team of 1 Medical Doctor and five APP's
Patient Volume: 30-45/day

Requirements:
Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants.
Master’s degree for Physician Assistant applicants.
Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
Certificate of Authority to practice.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
