We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Tech to join our Environmental Services team. Job Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain all floor surfaces, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
Operate floor care machinery and follow safety guidelines at all times.
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in all resident and common areas.
Assist housekeeping staff with additional duties as needed.
Follow infection control protocols and facility standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Floor Tech in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
Knowledge of floor machines (buffers, scrubbers, extractors).
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Must pass required background check and health screening.
