Non-Emergency Medical Transport Driver

Looking for a Transport Drivers Homebased in Medford and Grants Pass area.

Duties:

Must have open availability Monday through Friday with no restrictions.

Must have open availability from 6:00am to 6:00 with no restrictions. Rides will be scheduled during that time frame, you are not physically driving 12 hours a day but I required to meet your daily revenue. * If you have cancellations, then you will be put on the board for Add-Ons to help you meet your required daily revenue.

Safely transport clients to and from their destinations in a timely manner with professionalism and compassion.

Operate various types of vehicles, including vans,

Follow designated routes and schedules,

Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during transit,

Assist clients with boarding and disembarking as needed.

You are responsible for the highest standard of cleanliness and orderliness of your company issued vehicle following contract and company standards.

Perform mandatory DOT daily pre trip and post trip inspections and maintenance checks on the vehicle. Communicating maintenance issues immediately for resolution.

Skills:

Must be 25 or older for insurance coverage

Must have a clear driving record for the last 7 years, no accidents/no tickets/no infractions in order to be approved for insurance coverage

Must have a Valid OREGON driver's license for the last 5 years

Must have a working knowledge of local traffic laws, regulations and routes

Must have the ability to communicate effectively, respectfully and positively with clients, co-workers and leadership

Must have strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients, helping to build lasting partnerships

Must have the ability to handle light lifting, such as assisting clients with mobility devices

Must have the ability to maintain professionalism and composure in stressful situations, with an emphasis on proactive problem solving

Commercial driving experience is desirable but not required

Wages Scale: $2,800-$3,100 before taxes (taxes vary person to person)

Wage Payout: Monthly-Payroll provided for the year to plan accordingly
