Manufacturing Manager

PROMAN Staffing is delighted to partner with our international client on a direct hire opportunity for a Manufacturing Manager at their Cleveland Metro Facility. This role will lead all Car Care manufacturing lines, driving results in safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Manufacturing Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize four production lines to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals.
• Drive operational excellence using lean manufacturing principles such as 5S, Safety Toolbox, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Maintain OEE above 85% through proactive supervision and equipment performance management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on safety, quality, planning, and maintenance initiatives.
• Lead capacity planning, inventory control, and ERP-driven production scheduling.
• Coach, develop, and build a high-performing operations team with a strong safety-first culture.
• Partner with EHS and Quality to ensure process consistency and compliance.
• Support preventive maintenance and equipment reliability programs.

Manufacturing Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering, operations management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with direct labor oversight.
• Proven background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Strong ERP system experience (JDE preferred).
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to troubleshoot and support production operations.

Pay: $81,324.38 - $97,939.04 per year
