PROMAN Staffing has been engaged to source and hire for our global manufacturing client located in Bartlett, IL. This is a direct hire opportunity with an immediate start for an experienced Maintenance Technician who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to keep operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain facility support systems including chillers, plant air, and resin delivery equipment.
- Assist with installation and startup of new equipment.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage.
- Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with industrial electrical systems, process controls, and 3-phase power up to 480V.
- Knowledge of motors, drives, PLCs, and control systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
