- $16.00 hour
Bi-Lingual Team Lead Position Job Summary
- Lead, coach, and mentor the team to achieve operational goals
- Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) to effectively communicate with all team members and customers
- Manage daily workflow and assign tasks to team members to ensure efficiency and meet deadlines
- Oversee the safe and efficient use of equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Assist in training and evaluating new employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and address any productivity or quality concerns
- Respond promptly to issues, suggest improvements, and implement the best practices
- Communicate clearly with management and team members to maintain smooth operations
Bi-Lingual Team Lead Qualifications
- 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Great attendance is a must.
- Ability to learn new skills and follow instructions.
