This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and enjoys building relationships with both candidates and clients.

What You'll Do

✅ Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard candidates

✅ Assist walk-in applicants with applications, I-9s, W-4s, and hiring documentation

✅ Conduct orientations, pre-employment screenings, and client-specific testing

✅ Manage employee dispatch, attendance tracking, call-offs, and arrival confirmations

✅ Communicate daily with clients and employees to ensure staffing needs are met

✅ Process weekly payroll accurately and on time

✅ Maintain employee and assignment records within Avionté ATS

✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships

✅ Visit client sites to understand operations, staffing requirements, and workplace expectations

✅ Support employee coaching, counseling, and performance management as needed

Pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour before bonuses.

What We're Looking For

✔ High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred

✔ Experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or workforce management

✔ Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

✔ Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment

✔ Industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred

✔ Bilingual English/Spanish skills

✔ Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
