PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a global chemical manufacturing client to source a talented Process Engineer to join their team in Solon, OH. This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY offering long-term career growth in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and site EHS policies
- Lead Management of Change (MOC) and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR)
- Drive Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and corrective actions
- Champion continuous improvement projects for safety, quality, and efficiency
- Analyze production data to reduce cycle times and improve yields
- Support new product introductions, SOP development, and training
- Execute reliability and investment projects to enhance performance
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical support and training for plant operations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in process engineering (chemical manufacturing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of EHS compliance, process safety, and regulatory standards
- Proven ability to lead projects, analyze data, and implement improvements
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
