MIG Welder

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known Manufacturing facility in Lombard, IL (60148).

We are now hiring Manufacturing Associates for MIG Welders who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

This position involves performing MIG welding on a variety of metal components, primarily supporting the manufacturing of commercial roofing-related products.

MIG Welder Job Summary
•$20-$22
•2nd Shift 4:00PM-12:30AM
•Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components based on blueprints and specifications
•Assemble and fabricate parts using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
•Conduct quality inspections on completed welds to ensure they meet safety and company standards
•Operate standard chop saws and other cutting tools safely (safety training provided)

Job Title Qualifications
• Must have welding experience
•Must pass drug screen and background check
•Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and technical drawings
•Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout an 8-hour shift
•Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
•Familiarity with chop saws, grinders, and other shop tools
