Work Description:
Reviewing and Analyzing Takeoff Plans using Bluebeam
Closet Build Outs
Bid Documents, Drawings,
Preparing and submitting proposals
Cable pathway and location planning
Estimating and bid preparation activities
Designing and pricing:
- Access control systems
- CCTV/video surveillance systems
- Intrusion alarm systems
- Intercom and visitor management systems
- Emergency communication systems
Estimating change orders and project modifications
Reviewing construction drawings and specifications,
Identifying scope gaps, supporting project turnover, and estimating change orders. Candidates should have experience with low-voltage systems including structured cabling, security systems, fiber optics, access control, CCTV, and telecommunications infrastructure.

Salary : $80,000 - $104,999
