ProMach's Brenton division is seeking a Powder Coat Painter who is familiar with the process of powder coat painting. This person will prep and paint parts with minimal supervision.
Brenton, based in Alexandria, MN, is a leading manufacturer of case packers, palletizers, shrink-wrapping machines and complete End of Line packaging systems for the food & beverage and consumer packaged goods markets. Brenton is a division of Pro Mach, a leading provider of integrated packaging and processing solutions for over 20,000 customers worldwide. Through multiple brands, Pro Mach provides product packaging and processing equipment, PMMI-certified training, installation, parts, and service for primary and secondary packaging, flexible packaging, end-of-line packaging, and identification and tracking. Are you passionate about this work?
- Set up and run all required powder coat equipment with little or no supervision.
- Coordinate racking of finished parts with materials team.
- Complete knowledge of material preparation and finishes.
- Familiar with project scheduling processes.
- Accepts and completes jobs in a reasonable amount of time.
- Capable of reading and understanding blueprints.
- Able to maintain schedules set by supervisor.
- Follow safety and disposal standards.
- Make sure all respiratory devices are in proper working order.
- Knowledge of equipment and how to repair / maintain it when needed.
- Ensure work area is kept clean and orderly.
- Keep up to date on new techniques and processes.
- Support world class checkout and lean processes.
- Must be able to be forklift certified
- Other tasks as requested by supervisor.
