CL&D, a division of ProMach, has an exciting opportunity for an ERP & Production Planning Manager based in Hartland, WI. This is a hybrid role, three days in the office and two days at home.

As the ERP & Production Planning Manager, you serve as the primary owner and super user of our ERP system for production planning and scheduling. You play a critical role in ensuring system accuracy, driving standardization, and helping our operations teams plan effectively across facilities. While you won’t be responsible for day‑to‑day scheduling, we rely on you to lead ERP strategy, supervise scheduling resources, and provide backup and escalation support when needed.

Are you motivated by improving systems, leading people, and turning complex operational data into reliable, scalable processes?

In this role, you will:

  • Own and serve as the ERP super user for production planning, scheduling, capacity, and related operational modules
  • Maintain and govern ERP master data, including routings, work centers, lead times, calendars, labor standards, and scheduling logic
  • Ensure system accuracy, data integrity, and disciplined use of ERP‑driven planning and scheduling processes
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning efficiency, visibility, scalability, and cross‑facility alignment
  • Partner with IT, Operations, and Leadership on ERP enhancements, upgrades, testing, training, and issue resolution
  • Supervise and support schedulers and planners, ensuring coverage, consistency, and strong system discipline
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting related to capacity, scheduling performance, and workload leveling
  • Provide backup scheduling support and act as the escalation point for systemic planning or scheduling challenges

What’s in it for you?

There's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team. We offer an open, communicative environment that fosters individual initiative. We pride ourselves in being a company where people are happy and choose to build a career.

In addition to growth opportunities, as a ProMach employee, you receive more than just a paycheck. Total compensation includes your salary, comprehensive medical/dental programs, as well as life insurance, a generous paid time off program, and a retirement savings plan with a company match. And because we understand the importance of feeling protected, there is no waiting period for benefits – you are eligible on your first day of employment!

Please note that the pay ranges listed on external job boards, outside our posting details, do not accurately reflect our internal compensation ranges.

If this sounds like you, we want to connect!
