Schedule- Full-Time Position
- Monday - Friday
- Day Shift
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Provide quotes, pricing information, and product details to customers
- Process purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records in company systems
- Perform follow-up with existing customers to build relationships and identify sales opportunities
- Support outside sales representatives and assigned territories
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Assist with inventory inquiries, order status updates, and shipping information
- Support business development efforts through outbound customer contact
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales and account objectives
Requirements
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales Support, Account Management, or a related field
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment preferred
- CRM, ERP, or order management system experience is a plus
