**Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Tech) Position Details:**
We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality echocardiography exams on adult patients, both inpatient and outpatient.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with various healthcare professionals. Experience with ultrasound contrast and agitated saline use is highly desirable.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform Adult Transthoracic Echocardiography (TTE), including inpatient portable echocardiography and outpatient echocardiography.
- Familiarize yourself with Structural Heart procedures.
- Operate an Adult Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) probe and perform TEE exams, including high-level disinfection of the probe.
- Assist with Adult Stress Echocardiography (STE) exams.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Pediatric Echocardiography experience.
- Experience with EPIC EMR system.
