JOB SUMMARY
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) Coordinator position is within Prolink’s Operations department and serves as a key partner to key stakeholders. This position supports day-to-day operations by ensuring client and account needs are proactively addressed, resolved efficiently, and handled with a high level of service and responsiveness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide virtual, in office or on-site administrative support to internal stakeholders and clients during the submittal and start process
- Add talent submissions to the roster and coordinate with pre-screeners to secure candidates
- Assist with timecard collection as needed
- Create new placements and confirm assignment starts, including offer letters, compliance emails, verifying contact information, and updating placement details
- Process pay rate changes for talent currently on assignment
- Support talent selection, onboarding, compliance, and ongoing talent management activities
- Approve placements when necessary
- Communicate with internal teams regarding account updates, extension offers, and talent-related changes
- Assist with client communications and administrative tasks related to talent compliance files, onboarding, and assignment details
- Participate in the preparation and delivery of daily/weekly reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for clients
- Provide status reports and project updates to internal teams
- Ensure accurate, real-time data entry across all systems, including job details, new starts, extensions, rate changes, and status updates for talent and placements
- Serve as a subject matter expert in all preferred Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
- Support Joint Commission and Relias compliance initiatives as needed
- Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities
- Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 years of experience in a related field
- Requires working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience
- Identifies the problems and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions
- Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, coordination, customer service, leadership, and sales skills
- Able to be flexible and adaptable to meet tight deadlines, deliver results, and quickly pivot based on shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to use a variety of business or technical programs to complete tasks
- High level of integrity, motivation, accountability, perseverance, and alignment with Prolink’s values
- Respond to requests in a timely fashion
- Ability to provide additional coverage beyond the scope of the regular responsibilities listed, as needed
