Proline Coating — Wellington, Utah
Proline Coating is looking for a hard-working, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team. We are a growing powder coating and sandblasting business looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is willing to learn.
The Position
This is a full-time, physically demanding position with a variety of responsibilities throughout the powder coating process. No previous powder coating experience is required—we are willing to train the right person.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Washing and preparing metal for coating
- Hanging and unhanging metal parts on racks
- Assisting with powder coating production
- Sandblasting and surface preparation
- Moving and handling heavy metal parts
- Preparing finished products for palletizing and shipping
- Keeping the shop and work areas clean and organized
- Following safety and production procedures
- Helping wherever needed to keep production moving
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM–5:00 PM
- 1-hour unpaid lunch
- If production is completed by Thursday, Friday is off!
- If we are behind on production, Friday may be used to finish projects, typically for a half day
What We're Looking For
Previous experience is not required, and we are willing to train. Some experience in a blue-collar, manufacturing, construction, mechanical, or similar industry is preferred.
The right candidate will be:
- Very hardworking
- Dependable and punctual
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with their hands
- Able to work as part of a team
- Positive and willing to learn
- Able to work at a fast pace when production demands it
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work
This is a very physical job. Employees are on their feet throughout the day and regularly lift and move heavy materials. All work is performed indoors.
