What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tech Support Specialist position at Prolim Global Corporation?
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot Windows OS, enterprise applications, hardware, and networks.
- Device Management: Re-image devices, install/configure software, and assist in site migrations.
- Networking & Printer Support: LAN/WAN troubleshooting, printer setup, driver installation, vendor coordination.
- Incident Management: Handle ITSM tickets (ServiceNow, Remedy) and document resolutions.
- Collaboration: Work with Level 3 teams, vendors, and IT groups for escalations and improvements.
- Event & Disaster Recovery Support: Provide IT assistance for meetings and emergency situations.
Required Skills:
- Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, Networking & Firewall
- ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy), VOIP Phone Support
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- ITIL processes & SLA management
