Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Plano, Texas. This hybrid role will partner closely with business leaders to drive HR strategies that align with organizational goals. The HRBP will act as a strategic advisor and employee champion, supporting talent management, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development
- Lead performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and improvement plans
- Advise managers on compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture
- Support talent acquisition efforts and onboarding processes
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Lead or participate in HR projects and change management initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate environment
- Proven experience in employee relations and performance management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification
- Experience in a mid-to-large corporate environment
HRIS and data analytics experience
Pay: $64,099.61 - $95,099.61 per year
