Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong Front-End Engineering background to lead and deliver complex UI-focused technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on technical expertise in modern front-end frameworks while driving Agile project execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Plan, execute, and deliver front-end development projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Define project milestones, track dependencies, manage risks, and ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical oversight for front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Review architecture and technical designs to ensure best practices in UI/UX, performance, accessibility, and scalability.
• Guide development teams on coding standards, CI/CD integration, and testing strategies.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business, design, and engineering teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.

Quality Assurance & Delivery

• Ensure high-quality deliverables through unit, integration, and UI testing.
• Oversee testing frameworks such as JEST, Cucumber, and Storybook.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 years of IT experience with 3 years in Technical Project Management.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies: Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, Monorepo architecture.
• Experience with API integration, RESTful services, and responsive design principles.
• Hands-on knowledge of testing frameworks: JEST, Cucumber, Storybook.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and AWS cloud services:
• CloudFormation, Lambda, S3, IAM Roles, DynamoDB, Glue.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Python knowledge is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Front-End Developer or Technical Lead.
• Exposure to performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
